Boxed Limousin meat available at all times.

Boxes are approximately 60 lbs. in weight and contain a selection of roasts, steaks, ground beef and stews. All roasts are boneless and the meat is butchered, cut and wrapped under provincial inspection by a licensed processor.

All our cattle are raised on a homegrown hay- grain ration without animal proteins and strictly without the use of growth hormones. Our herd consists of about 50 purebred Limousin cows (breed originated in France). Animals used for our freezer beef market are between 15 and 18 months old  to guarantee a lean and tender cut.
